Overall my shopping experience on the website was pretty good. I ordered a pair of headphones, which to honest I didn't like that much. This was my first time bad experience with soundcore, however, the company made all the efforts to make it right, and refunded my money as soon as I raised a refund request. Quite satisfied with the purchase in general.

Quality product at a good price. Great that parts are available, delivery is quick and communication good as well.

Ready connection to bluetooth to all my devices sound quality overall very please.

Would like the control buttons more conspicous to the eye.ie in colour to black background and more bolder in size.

Really good price/quality ratio. The sound is really crisp and clear, the bass is there but not that resonating or strong (comes down to preference, I like it this way). The app is amazing, the vast selection of equalizers and also a custom option is great. The noise cancelling is ok, slightly worse than what Space A40 has, but considering it's also cheaper than A40, it's not really a negative.

The only thing I think is a pity is that there is no HearID support for these earbuds, so no customization for your hearing. The only reason why I give them 4/5*, otherwise they are perfect.

Easy to order direct from Soundcore, good communication direct from Soundcore about date of delivery etc, extremely disappointing that delivery carried out by an Amazon Prime courier

Your delivery company choice is poor, they had the item at depot for 4 days before it magicly appeared at my door, their tracking was very poor.

I contacted post-sale via WhatsApp. Took 2 days for them to tell me 2 where to get replacement gear. Also, the gear was only available on the German version of the shop. Lastly, there could be all colours of replacement gear available, not only black.

9 months ago I bought a Liberty Air 2 pro, I used it few times when going on holidays and the charger case do not work properly. Soundcore publicises "hassles free 18 months warranty" don't trust that, after almost a week trying to get a label to send my defective product to repair they tried to send me a inferior old small buds as replacement, I said no, as I paid more for the Air2 because it fits me better. Them they said if I do not want their inferior replacement they can do nothing than refund me only with 70% of the value as the product has been with me for 9 months! I ask myself, it is not my right to have my original product repaired or replaced for one similar or of superior quality? Never thought Soundcore could be so unprofessional organisation. Stay away from it!

Excellent sound produced from them - very pleased with these.
I bought 2 to use in stereo - paired with my iPhone without difficulty and the connection sound is not overly loud.

Am very satisfied with the product. I use it often for meetings, I can be good heard acoustically. Listening to music is great too. The battery lasts a long time, great headphones.
